How we keep your app account secure

Encrypted biometric data

Fingerprint and face-unlock data never leave your device. The app uses your phone's secure enclave to verify your identity, and we never see or store your biometric information on our servers.

Account recovery flow

If you lose your phone, sign in from a new device using your email and the recovery code we sent when you registered. The app re-syncs your balance and history once you verify your identity.

Session timeout

The app logs you out after 30 minutes of inactivity to protect your account if your phone is left unlocked. You can adjust the timeout in settings or turn it off if you prefer to stay signed in.

TLS connection
